A leader’s cultural awareness and inclusive mindset have a significant impact on team performance of multicultural teams. In this Masterclass leaders can develop their cultural competence. We use cases, research and exercises to examine cultural diversity from different angles. 

We begin with common workplace dilemmas and uncover different points of view that can derail or enhance a team environment. We then reference neuroscience research to identify common biases and subgroup formations that can hinder team inclusion and performance. 

Compensating the challenges of culturally diverse teams are the potential advantages of creativity and higher performance. In this course, participants can learn to apply various ideas to support the team to reach their potential.
