4. Masterclass Registration and Fees

• Course Enrollment: Registration for a Masterclass is completed through our website’s registration form. After you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your submission. To ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants, we review each registration to confirm that applicants meet the course prerequisites. Once your registration is reviewed and validated, we will send you a payment link if payment is required. We aim to complete the validation process within 3 business days. After validation and receipt of payment, you will receive a final confirmation of your seat, granting you access to the course materials.
• Payment: All fees for Masterclasses are clearly displayed during the registration process. All fees listed on the website are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the fee when your location has been validated. Payment can be made using the accepted payment methods provided by our payment services. Full payment is required before accessing the Masterclass materials.
• Course Materials: Upon successful registration, you will have access to course materials, which may include videos, reading materials, and exercises. These materials are for your personal use and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. However, if you need to cancel your participation in a masterclass, the following policies apply:

• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must contact us by email or through your account page.
• Refunds:
  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 60 days before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% partial refund of the course fee, minus any direct costs that have already been incurred.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date or for participants who do not attend ("no-shows").
• Exceptions: In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, you may request an exception to the cancellation and refund policy. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use

As a participant in our Masterclasses, you agree to:

• Respectful Behavior: All participants, instructors, and staff must be treated with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate exclusion from the course, with no eligibility for a refund.
• Intellectual Property: Our Masterclasses use proprietary intellectual property developed by us. Unless explicitly stated and agreed upon, all concepts, materials, and ideas—including videos, slides, handouts, experiments, and exercises—are protected by intellectual property rights. Participants are authorized to use the materials provided during the Masterclass solely for personal development and within their own teams.
• It is important to note that the intellectual property rights for all materials remain with us at all times. These rights are not transferred to clients or participants, and the provision of materials does not grant permission to distribute, share, or use IP-protected concepts or ideas beyond the intended scope. Any intellectual property created in collaboration with the facilitator also remains our property.
• Reuse of Materials: If you wish to expand or distribute the IP-protected materials beyond the scope of your team, you must consult with us to discuss the terms of further distribution, such as through a licensing agreement./li>
• Usage Restrictions: You may not use the website or our Masterclasses for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Recordings: Any recording, live streaming, or reproduction of course content without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in liability for damages.

Course Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a Masterclass is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, you will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

To the extent permitted by law, the Global Academy for Strategy and Leadership and its instructors, staff, and affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in any of our Masterclasses.
